The precision timer replacement has the same numbered wiring terminals as your old timer. To avoid mistakes, make sure to match up the same numbered terminals from your old intermatic® timer to the new precision timer replacement.

IMPORTANT - the precision timer cD104 must have constant voltage (240 V) to the timer motor to operate continually. If you mis-wire and apply wires 1 or 2 to load screws 2 and 4 (& not screws 1 and 3), the timer will turn off, as well as your pump at the off setting. you will, in effect, be wiring the timer to stop.
